We’ve worked on a number of commercial plumbing projects which showcase our expertise and how we can help you.

We’re regularly working on pub refurbishment projects, overseeing washroom fit-outs, upgrading sanitaryware and ensuring all pipework and infrastructure is up to scratch. We are currently working on a project in Manchester as subcontractors for a company who provide mechanical services. Our expertise in commercial plumbing and fit-outs ensures that larger projects are completed to the highest possible standards.

We’re experienced in upgrading urinals to create a cleaner and easier to use facility, which was also more aesthetically pleasing.

This work was carried out for an inflatable indoor park, also based in Manchester, who needed modern, clean and hygienic sanitary facilities.

Another example of our commercial plumbing work involved converting a large empty warehouse into an employee welfare facility. This included new state of the art toilets, disabled toilets, urinals, a kitchen area and shower and hand wash area.

Lacey Plumbing & Heating oversaw all of the first and second fix commercial plumbing within the new space, ensuring quality and durability.
