This is a manufacturer’s ‘parts and labour’ guarantee, subject to the boiler having an annual service. This means that if you have a breakdown during the guarantee period, Worcester Bosch will send one of their engineers to provide parts and labour to repair your boiler. 

All you need to do is have your boiler serviced by a Gas Safe engineer, such as ourselves, every year.  A standard Worcester Bosch guarantee is only 7 years, so a WAI can extend your guarantee to up to 12 years for free.

The guarantee on the boiler stays with the house. So, if you move, having a Worcester boiler installed with a long guarantee in place is a great selling point.
