Mike founded Lacey Plumbing and Heating in 2006. Back then it was just him, his van and trusty dog Zak!
Becky
The Real Boss
Mike’s wife Becky joined the business six years ago and keeps the business ticking and growing.
Matt
Papa Bear
Project Manager Matt keeps all Lacey clients happy. He especially loves helping create dream bathroom renovations.
Romaine
The Organiser
Office Administrator Romaine manages the diary, keeps all the engineers organised and will be your first point of contact on the phones.
Baz
The Special One
There’s no one quite like Baz, which is why he’s Special! An all round star engineer, Baz particularly loves fitting underfloor heating and pipework.
Danny
The Bearded Plumber
Our newest plumber Danny is a pro at maintenance, gas safety checks and boiler servicing. He also has a really impressive beard!
Scott
The Perfectionist
Our bathroom specialist Scott is the tidiest engineer in town. He didn’t get his coveted nickname for nothing you know!
Jamie
The Yorkshireman
Jamie is our boiler man – from installations to servicing, this guy comes to the rescue and will restore your hot water and heating in a flash.
Luke
The Apprentice
Apprentice Luke joined the business in September 2019. He makes the rest of the team feel really old!
Zak
The Lacey Hound
Our trusty office hound, Zak loves nothing more than to snuggle up under Becky’s desk for an afternoon snooze.
