Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer for a long time! Mike has been running Lacey’s since 2006 when it was just him and his van dog Zak. He loves all things plumbing and heating and is your first contact for all quoting and project management of our large and small projects. Outside of Lacey’s he loves the kids, the dogs, camping, beer and Crossfit.

Owner | All things Lacey's
12+ years working in the heating industry There’s not much she doesn’t know about plumbing and heating other than how to actually fix anything! She leaves that to our expert engineers. Outside of Lacey's she loves her kids, the dogs, learning, reading and Crossfit.
Romaine
Office Coordinator
7+ year working in the Heating industry and for Lacey's Romaine is often your first point of contact. Romaine loves nothing more than making tea and telling off our engineers. Outside of Lacey's she has a busy life looking after her two young children and two dogs.

HEATING ENGINEER | AKA THE SPECIAL ONE
Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer Give Baz a complicated heating system to install or a large commercial project and he’s a happy man. He equally loves helping our local customers with all things heating. Outside of Lacey's he loves his kids & Hayley

HEATING ENGINEER | Aka Danny!
Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer Danny is our favourite funny man. Always has a smile on his face and pretends he doesn’t enjoy servicing boilers. He loves our local customers, who love him in return. Outside of Lacey's he loves Jess and Teegan, decorating and shopping at B&M or Home Bargains.
Louie
HEATING ENGINEER
Qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer The youngest member of our team. Louie loves getting stuck in with anything we send his way. Outside of Lacey's he loves football and having a very good time!
Zak

Zak was our trusty dog for 15 years. Starting out as a van dog he lived out his retirement years as an office dog. We miss his crazy antics!
