How much is a boiler service plan?
We offer three simple, cost-effective plans to ensure you have an engineer available for your heating and plumbing needs.
Our plans give customers priority access to our trained, insured, professional engineers who will attend at the earliest mutually convenient time available.
We offer boiler service plans from just £8.00 per month, saving you 10% or more off an annual service fee.
FAQ’s
Yes, our team of heating engineers carry out the works for all of our customers that have signed up to our boiler service plan. Don’t worry, we will not be letting you down or passing you over to anyone else!
We can still perform your annual service, yes. We work with a number of different brands each day so our team of experts can turn their hand to most boilers on the market.
Please refer to our terms & conditions document which details a full list of what is included and any exclusions for each.
No, the monthly price in the boiler service plan is the price you pay, unless we find there is something wrong with your boiler that isn’t covered under your plan. We will discuss any additional costs with you before carrying out any work.
Priority customer means we will aim to get to you as a priority over other customers who call that day. If this is for something that isn’t covered in your plan, or in the exclusions, we will still charge for our service.
Our monthly prize draw started on 1st September 2020, all the names of customers included in the monthly prize draw are entered electronically and a winner is chosen at random. We then contact the winner directly and hand-deliver their prize, taking photos to share on our social media channels. We are happy to keep this anonymous but would love to show the winners with their permissions.
