Well, you don’t need to worry about this any longer. We have developed bespoke boiler service plan packages that offer an affordable way to ensure your boiler is checked frequently, reducing potential problems before they become an even larger issue and expense.

How much is a boiler service plan?

We offer three simple, cost-effective plans to ensure you have an engineer available for your heating and plumbing needs.

Our plans give customers priority access to our trained, insured, professional engineers who will attend at the earliest mutually convenient time available. 

We offer boiler service plans from just £6.50 per month, saving you 10% or more off an annual service fee.

One of the main purposes of the boiler service plan is to stop customers being put off by annual outlays of a traditional service, by offering more affordable monthly payments for the same service. By paying monthly you will also receive a discounted rate, along with being entered into our monthly prize draw.

Keep your warranty valid

Not many people are aware of this, but you are actually liable to have an annual boiler check to keep your warranty valid. Most boiler manufacturers and brands require certification evidence to ensure you are keeping the boiler well maintained and covered.

Keep your boiler in great working condition

Having our engineers come out and inspect your boiler on an annual basis will ensure that your boiler is working as safely as possible. Without regular maintenance boiulers can become dangerously unstable, do not put you or your family at risk

Will you carry out my boiler service?

A.

Yes, our team of heating engineers carry out the works for all of our customers that have signed up to our boiler service plan. Don't worry, we will not be letting you down or passing you over to anyone else!

What if you didn't install my boiler, can you still service it?

A.

We can still perform your annual service, yes. We work with a number of different brands each day so our team of experts can turn their hand to most boilers on the market.

How can I check what is in my boiler service plan?

Please refer to our terms & conditions document which details a full list of what is included and any exclusions for each.

Is there a call out charge?

A.

No, the monthly price in the boiler service plan is the price you pay, unless we find there is something wrong with your boiler that isn't covered under your plan. We will discuss any additional costs with you before carrying out any work.

Will I be signed into a contract?

A.

No, this is a service level agreement on a rolling basis. You can cancel the service plan at any time, however please refer ti the plans T&C's.

Who do you class as a priority customer?

A.

Priority customer means we will aim to get to you as a priority over other customers who call that day. If this is for something that isn't covered in your plan, or in the exclusions, we will still charge for our service.

How does the monthly prize draw work?

A.

Our monthly prize draw started on 1st September 2020, all the names of customers included in the monthly prize draw are entered electronically and a winner is chosen at random. We then contact the winner directly and hand-deliver their prize, taking photos to share on our social media channels. We are happy to keep this anonymous but would love to show the winners with their permissions.

Can i recommend a friend or family member?

Yes, please do! If you recommend a friend or family member and they sign up to one of our boiler service plans we will give you a £20 Love2Shop Voucher as a thank you.
