On time. Kept us up to date as the boiler service progressed. Left the site clean and tidy. Only consumed one cup of coffee. What’s not to like. Seriously thorough job of servicing the boiler and resolved a lot of problems. Would we use them again? the question is who else can compete with that service.

Mike arrived promptly to assess what was needed. He talked me through the options and sent me the quote quickly. The estimate was comprehensive and easy to understand. Rebecca in the office dealt with my queries and order in a friendly, polite and efficient manner.
On the day of the fitting Scott, the engineer arrived on time and worked non-stop until the boiler was fitted and running perfectly. Scott, who was a model of politeness , carefully explained the procedure and how everything worked.
This is a company it has been a pleasure to work with after so much disappointment with others.

I cannot recommend Lacey Plumbing enough. I recently had a rather scary problem with my shower dripping from my kitchen ceiling. Because I was panicking I even received a text reassuring me that a plumber would be round as soon as possible. Lacey Plumbing made time to visit a few times to deal with the problem. As it turned out, the solution was a simple one so they offered not to charge me. What brands of boiler do you fit?

We fit all brands of boiler that we have tried and tested and know will provide our customers with the best value for money. These include Worcester Bosch, Ideal and Baxi. Our main priority is that your boiler works for years to come and that you receive great aftercare, should you have a breakdown.

Are you accredited with any manufacturers?

Yes we are Worcester Accredited Installers and have been for 7 years. We have an excellent relationship with the team at Worcester and can offer an exclusive 12 Year Guarantee.

How soon can you fit my new boiler?

We can usually fit a straight swap new boiler within 24 hours.

How much will my new boiler cost?

This depends on a number of factors such as the size of the property and your requirements. Please click on our Quote Calculator to get an idea of how much it could be.

How do I book an installation?

The best way to get in touch is by calling our office on 0161 879 4949. We will then book you in for a survey, so that we can give you an accurate quote and make sure we are fitting the correct boiler for your home.

How will I receive my quotation?

We send all our quotations by email (unless you request it by post). You will receive this within 3 working days of someone visiting your home. If we can’t meet this deadline you will receive a call.

How do I accept my quotation?

Simply reply by email or give us a call and we’ll get your installation booked in.

Do you take any payments upfront?

If you are paying by finance then there is nothing to pay upfront. For all other methods of payment we take a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% payment on completion of the job.

What happens with my boiler warranty?

Our office team will register your boiler with both the manufacturer and Gas Safe. You will receive your certificates by email and post.
