For our team, this project stood out because of the sheer scale and the scope of what was involved. The testing booths in particular were unlike anything we’d typically install, precision pipework was routed within joinery, specialist waste arrangements, and thermostatic mixer valves-controlled supplies all within tight, compact spaces. Combine that with the size of the overall floorplate and the number of different zones needing completely different services, and it made for one of the most technically interesting commercial projects we’ve delivered. Seeing it all come together from an empty shell into a fully operational space was a proud moment for the whole team.
